- The free plan gives you one council of your choosing — the full text and full history of every meeting, unlimited AI-extracted insights and entities for that council, transcript search, and the weekly recap email. No credit card required. It also includes the PPN 002 social value generator, with five statements a day. Reserved for paid plans: alert rules and alert emails, AI transcript chat, the pipeline builder, council briefing PDF export, search and filters on the insights and entities lists, and monitoring more than one council.
- What do paid plans include?
- Paid plans unlock alert rules with email digests, AI transcript chat, the pipeline builder with automatic opportunity matching, council briefing PDF export, and search and filters across insights and entities. Starter gives you all of that for one council, Pro covers up to 10 councils with cross-council matching, and Business covers all UK councils.
- Which councils do you cover?
- We monitor over 150 UK local authorities, including London boroughs, metropolitan and county councils, and unitary authorities.
- What does "coming soon" mean?
- A small number of features are still in development, such as bulk CSV export and stakeholder mapping. All paying subscribers get access automatically when they launch — at no extra cost. Council briefing PDF export is already live on every paid plan.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Can I add more seats for my team?
- Every plan includes one seat. On Pro you can add seats yourself from your account settings at £50/seat/month, and on Business at £100/seat/month — up to 10 seats on Pro and unlimited on Business. Free and Starter are single-seat plans. For anything larger, email hello@quoruminsight.com and we'll put together team pricing.
- How does annual billing work?
- Choosing annual billing saves you 10% compared to monthly. You are billed once a year upfront. You can switch back to monthly at the end of your annual term.
