- Paid plans unlock AI transcript chat, the pipeline builder with automatic opportunity matching, social value research with Excel export, alert rules with email digests, and access to more councils. Pro gives you up to 10 councils, Business gives you all UK councils.
- Which councils do you cover?
- We monitor over 150 UK local authorities, including London boroughs, metropolitan and county councils, and unitary authorities.
- What does "coming soon" mean?
- A small number of features are still in development, such as PDF/CSV export and stakeholder mapping. All paying subscribers get access automatically when they launch — at no extra cost.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Can I add more seats for my team?
- Each plan includes one seat. If you need multiple seats for your team, contact us at hello@quoruminsight.com and we'll put together team pricing that fits your organisation.
- How does annual billing work?
- Choosing annual billing saves you 10% compared to monthly. You are billed once a year upfront. You can switch back to monthly at the end of your annual term.
