It is less efficient, so it costs more in terms of staff time to do a lot of the things we have to do. The more significant loss for the organisation, though, I would say, is in the ability for teams to come together. We have a large proportion of apprentices and graduate trainees in the organisation, who require a considerable amount of coaching, mentoring and training.”
