“[Speaker: Adrian Crompton] Yes, absolutely. Does it work? For 18 months now we have survived in this way, we have delivered our work phenomenally, in my view. It has come at a price, though. It is less efficient, so it costs more in terms of staff time to do a lot of the things we have to do. The more significant loss for the organisation, though, I would say, is in the ability for teams to come together. We have a large proportion of apprentices and graduate trainees in the organisation, who require a considerable amount of coaching, mentoring and training.”
