So, through our work, we found that NHS bodies have clear digital ambitions that broadly align with the national strategy, but most have not yet translated them into costed delivery plans with clear actions, responsibilities and success measures. Furthermore, not all have assessed their digital maturity. As a result, some bodies do not fully understand their starting point or the scale of change required.”
